The intentions of having Hopper's On-Site Printing sell at your event are for you to raise funds without labor, investment, or risk to your organization. We print merchandise as it is bought, so there is no overstock. You receive a commission on every item sold, if quantities are met, so the more you promote the sale, the more money you will generate for your organzization.

When Hopper's On-Site Printing Team arrives at your event we bring our blank merchandise to print along with a preapproved design. The quantities, styles and colors we bring will be determined by Hopper's and will be based on the size of your event. Hopper's needs to know in advance how you are advertising the event and will the customers know that event merchandise is available.

Hopper's will make every effort to communicate with event directors, provided all information was sent before the event, but it will be Hopper's discretion to decide which events to attend or when to retract from an agreement when deemed necessary. For instance if we arrive and there is little or no space for our set-up, bad weather, poor attendance, or no interest in the merchandise. Again there is no risk to you! However, the more you premote before hand that there will be event merchandise available, the better your commissions. This new approach to fund raising is best suited for larger events. Small events will not make as much commissions, if any, but will still have access to fund raising. We take the risk, but you have to do the promoting to have a successful event.

We may also offer other services such as: back names and numbers to personalized event merchandise. That will be determined beforehand and planned accordingly. There will be no commissions on these services which will help cover our travel, set-up, and payroll expenses.

Some guidelines that need to be agreed upon are...
  • an area for our trailer and loud generators close to the event site along with access to a parking area for large trailer and tents (if applicable). Allow for noise from generators and be aware that they may run all day.
  • a sales location in a high traffic area with adequate selling space
  • printing times/dates will be agreed upon ahead of time, please allow plenty of time as some dates fill up a year in advance
  • event organizers and Hopper's agree on retail prices in advance
  • some colors and styles are not available for on-site printing and we may suggest some ideas of what has been popular at past events
  • any changes in agreement after set up on site may null and void any and all agreements
